Terms and Conditions
Appointments in advance for treatment/ services are required. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointment will be finished at their schediled time so that the next appointment will not be delayed, and a full charge will be counted; 6 Hours cancellation in advance is required, less than 6 Hours notice will requi full payment for the booked treatment.
Gratuities are at your own discretion. CNM International Limited and any brands shall not be liable for any property stolen or damage;In order that you benefit fully form your relaxation time with us and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that mobile phone be switched off during your treatment.
CNM International Limited and its brands reserve the right to update the treatment technical, relocation or arrange other therapists or doctors for the treatment.
The liabilities of CNM International Limited and its brands are restricted to the payment of this treatment.
Refund or Exchange
Purchased services/treatments are not refundable or exchangeable.
All of the treatments have the period of validity, and treatment that overdue will be expired.
We reserve the rights to require the clients to present the Loyalty Cards or other certificates to prove your identities.
Treatments/services cannot be transferred or shared without Le Blanche and its brands’ prior written consent.
The therapist has explained the details of the treatments and I have understood and accepted that some reaction, possible effects, side effects and other risks may be caused by the treatment/ service. I require the purchase of related treatment/ services now.
I understand the efficacy of treatment will vary based on individual factors, which may lead to failure and cannot achieve my desired effects, however, I will cooperated with operational procedures and obey the suggestion of the therapists.
I fully realize my physical condition, and their CNM International Limited and its brand shall not be liable for side effects due to my concealment. I shall notify the therapist and stopped the treatment immediately.
Please inform our therapist of any illness or long-term medication that you might have during the treatment and issue declaration at the same time.
I understand that CNM International Limited and its brands shall not be liable for any event of failure to achieve the desired effect after the treatment due to that I have not disclosed or fully disclosed.
Return and Refund Policy
Goods will not be returned, exchanged or refunded upon delivery
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to residential, business addresses and hotels within Hong Kong, but we do not post to PO Boxes.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Under normal circumstances, you will receive your goods 7-14 days after order confirmation.
If there is bad weather (such as typhoon signal No. 8 or above), delivery will be delayed.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between English version and the Chinese version of the Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
In case of any dispute on these Teams and Condition, the decision of CNM International Limited will be final and binding.
